The best hydration supplements on the market are hard to decide on. Hydration for different people and different situations varies hugely. Some individuals regulate their sodium intake carefully or may do high intensity exercise and may need to supplement a lot in sodium. Others may consume plenty of sodium in their diet and need to supplement potassium (which is a lot harder to consume through diet alone).
